From virtual to real, is just a short step, so the team of Déshabillé Magazine decided to create a special event, held in 19th October in the beautiful event spaces of Lumiere London, to enhance the work of 18 entrepreneurs and artists through a real competition and a day of meetings and talks with professionals and journalists around the topic of sustainability and slow fashion. They had the possibility to have important feedbacks about their work and a real mentoring service, with tips regarding fashion business, marketing and communication strategy.
Divided into 2 categories, Sustainability and Fashion Design, the young artists had the chance of winning interesting prizes offered by the many partner companies, like the sustainable project REMIDA, the coworking spaces HERE and the producer of organic wine Venturini Baldini, and with the support of the fashion schools NABA and Accademia Italiana.
Antonio dell’Omo, winner of the competition for the category Fashion Design, and Matteo Serra, winner for the category Sustainability, will be both rewarded with a membership offered by HERE and by many workshops and an article in the magazine and other media partner.
