East and west fashion meet at Chiostri di San Barnaba for the special event Satisfashion Milano. Twelve emerging international designers e young fashion students presented their collection in the last day of the Milan Fashion Week.
The 26th September was a very cloudy and rainy day, but the mood was delighted by the interesting collective fashion show we’ve seen during the second edition of “Satisfashion Milano”, the international event promoted under the pataonage of the General Consulate of Poland in Milan and organized by Mystyle-Events, a german based fashion agency run by Kasia Stefanòv specialized in the creation of fashion shows and events across Europe (we’ve seen also somenthing in Paris with the Amsterdam Fashion Academy).
On catwalk, in the stunning set of the medieval Chiostri di San Barnaba, were 12 fashion designers, among which we pleasantly discover some really interesting name. A real mash up of styles and suggestions, that unify the Italian style, the taste of East cultures and the new input from the new wave of fashion design.
The young fashion designers Julia Kurowska, Kawala Surma, Parker Skins, Ceva Naamo, Fatale and Güray Gerçekçi presented their collection for the first time on Satisfashion runway.
The event was then enriched by the collections of designers already seen at Satisfashion, like Emilio Bonadio, Robert Czerwik, Silk Epoque by Olga Ziemann, Magdalena Arłukiewicz & Aleksander Gliwiński, Angelika Józefczyk and Alwaysupportalent designers collective with Celina Xingyue Wu.
We particularly appreciated the elegant sensuality of the collection by Robert Czerwik, featuring a dramatic sense of modern couture in which black and ultra-bright colors play together for building aristocratic atmospheres and intriguing volumes. Other favorite collections were the colored one by Kamala Surma and the urban street style rich of incredible little surprises by Parker Skins.
We can’t wait to see the next edition of this important international event in Milan. Stay tuned!
